Brunel and cross-sector response to the ‘Net Zero Audit’ speech
Brunel has been persistent in our calls for of the government to set out clear, consistent policy, that is scientifically credible and delivers on the UKs net zero commitments.
Laura Chappell, Chief Executive, has confirmed that,
“We have joined over 400 organisations this afternoon in issuing a letter to the Prime Minister raising our deep concerns about the report of weakening net zero policies. As long-term investors we believe that supporting net zero targets and a Just transition are imperative for the future of our funds and their beneficiaries for wider society.”
David Vickers, Chief Investment Officer, highlighted
