Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: LGIM, focussing on diversity

LGIM, one of our asset managers, has been engaging with companies that don’t have a at least one woman in the executive leadership team in the US and UK. As of the end of Q3 2023, they had received responses from seven of the 16 large-cap companies that were sent engagement letters. Engagement dialogue has also been initiated with mid-cap companies that don’t have at least one board member from an ethnic minority background.
