International Property: Affordable housing portfolio in France

This project, with Axa Investment Managers provides accessible homes, available to 85% of the Greater Paris population, based on income eligibility, and offers rents below market rates, actively contributing to the provision of accessible housing.

With over 10,000 units planned, a total of 16 properties comprising 670 units were delivered by the end of 2023. Including Q4 2023 deliveries, the year-end occupancy of these units stood at 86%.
