Achieving BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Silver certified development, it operates independently from fossil fuels thanks to a state-of-the-art geothermal system.

Sustainability features include:

• 100% carbon neutral (80% reduction and 20% compensation)
• Neutralized 150,000T of CO2
• Installed PV solar energy panels
• An underground geothermal system for its heating and cooling. Responsible for reducing the energy consumption of the heating and cooling system by 60% and related emissions by 71%
• Promoting urban biodiversity with bat, insect, and snake habitats, as well as beehives to support bee populations. Regular pollen analyses, in partnership with Beeodiversity, makes it possible to evaluate the site’s biodiversity and improve it through targeted actions
